Zero Production - What actions are required on my end?
A Zero Production alert is triggered when Solar Analytics detects no production for at least five minutes.
In the event of a Zero Production alert, we advise you to take the following actions as a matter of priority:
- Check the weather. If there is a weather event with very little sunshine for at least five minutes, then it is expected that our algorithms will detect zero production.
- If there appears to be adequate sunshine for solar production, check your inverter display and take note of any messages or alerts that may appear.
- Capture photo(s) of the inverter display.
- Contact your installer to pass this information and confirm the cause of the issue and have this resolved.
