Configuration Issue - What causes it?

A ‘Configuration Issue’ appears when our algorithm detects there is more energy being measured compared to the energy expected based on the solar energy system details registered into our dashboard.

The issue is mainly due to Solar Energy System details are not registered to the database correctly.

This issue does NOT affect your system generation in any way and only affects our ability to inform you how your system is truly performing.

A ‘Configuration Issue’ can be caused by the following:

Incorrect solar energy system details
Incorrect monitoring device details
Incorrect installation of the monitoring device on the switchboard
