Solar Analytics CT sizes

Solar Analytics has a wide range of CTs, however, not all of them are compatible with each device.
The table below summarises the type of CTs, the diameter, the area of the opening of the CTs, and the devices that are compatible with that particular CT.

Few important notes:

Only connect the CTs to the compatible (
) device, else, it may break the device and the warranty is voided! -
Please use CTs that are supplied from Solar Analytics only, else, the warranty is voided!

Do not connect the 600 A (white) CT to any device apart from the PMC-340-BB as the 5A conversion will fry the circuit — the warranty is voided!

This is a guideline only. Trust the electricians on-site to make a sound judgement whether it is feasible to clamp multiple cables to a single CT or not.

Before clamping multiple cables to a single CT, please make sure the following:
- The cables have to be in the same phase
- The cables are not being squeezed too tight to the point that it may damage the insulation
- The CT can be closed properly
