Why is my sub-circuit not included in the total consumption?

Your sub-circuit would not be added to the total consumption if it is on a Controlled Load Meter.

If you have sub-circuits on ‘Controlled Load’ meters, these will not be included in your site’s total consumption. Controlled loads include electricity supplied to specific appliances, such as electric hot water systems or pools, which are often separately and independently metered.

Controlled load are generally charged at lower tariff rates, as these appliances operate during off-peak hours. To get the readings, simply go to the consumption page and click on the graph as shown below.
