I want to move my Solar Analytics device to my new premises. What do I need to do?

Solar Analytics allows customers to move Solar Smart Monitor devices between premises. However, the site subscription is not transferrable for the new premise as per our Terms & Conditions. A new subscription is required to access the data on the new premise.

Solar Analytics can assist in providing some reference contacts of an electrician nearby, or you can use your own electrician to install the new device and hook it up to the new switchboard. It is a straightforward installation.
