The previous owner has left the Solar Analytics device in the switchboard. How do I access the Dashboard?

To access the Solar Analytics monitoring data and dashboard, a new Owner must:

1. Provide Solar Analytics with evidence that the previous owner has left the premises
2. Choose and sign up to a new Solar Analytics subscription

Solar Analytics will then arrange the creation of a site, dashboard and login access for the new owner.

You will receive a series of follow-up emails from ‘Solar Analytics Support Team’ with instructions to get it up and running.
