Fleet Features: controlling special features for sites in fleet

Solar Analytics now provides fleets the ability to activate/deactivate unique features for sites in their fleet. Please note that these features are currently in “beta” testing - they are operational  but remain experimental and subject to change.

There are currently two features a fleet can opt sites into:

1. Hot water monitoring: Solar Analytics monitor hot water usage on sites with a known resistive storage hot water system and sends daily alerts for anomalies such as a significant energy increase or thermal loss pattern detected.
2. Hot water control: sites with a CATCH Control installed and a properly installed and configured contactor on the hot water system will be intelligently controlled to maximise solar self-consumption for hot water energy heating. CATCH Power and Solar Analytics monitor and adjust the system’s operation in real time base on incoming and forecast data of household load, solar generation, and weather conditions.

Eligibility:

• This is only available to the Installer Admin of the fleet group and will only affect sites that are within the fleet group.
• Owners are currently not able to access to control the page settings. If owners would like to request to enable or disable a specific feature, please reach out to Solar Analytics support.
