Sungrow with Solar Analytics - Why can't I link the inverter to a site after waiting 3 minutes?

After ~3 minutes the Inverter should be ready to be linked to a new site as per the new process.

If you have shared a Sungrow inverter to Solar Analytics and notice that the Inverter can not be linked to a new site, please try to confirm that you have done the following:

  1. Have you shared the site with Administrator privileges?
  2. Did you share it with sungrow@solaranalytics.com?

Note: Sungrow with Solar Analytics is supported for certain Sungrow inverters. Please click this link to know the supported Sungrow inverters.

After confirming that you have double checked the above, please try to re-share the site to sungrow@solaranalytics.com again and allow 3 minutes for the inverter to be available to be added to a new site.
