Sungrow: Site Transfer to New Owner

To access the Solar Analytics monitoring data and dashboard, please do the following steps:

1. Installer / New owner contacts Sungrow Service team service@sungrowpower.com.au request to unlink inverter SN from the old Plant ID (ps=id)
2. Sungrow Team unlinks the plant and informs back to Installer / New Owner and require deletionof existing inverter in the old plant
3. Installer / New owner createsa new plant in Sungrow iSolarCloud, sharethe plant to sungrow@solaranalytics.com and Click Contact Us below to inform existing site ID  / site address / previous owner full name and inverter SN to be unlinked from the site on Solar Analytics dashboard
4. Solar Analytics will unlink the inverter SN from the old site and will inform Installer / New Owner to continue registration on Solar Analytics dashboard, entering the serial number for the new site

A new subscription will also be required. Subscription for Integrated Sites available here .
New Owner will receive a Welcome Invitation email and also an Onboarding email.
