Catch Power Compatibility
Section titled “Catch Power Compatibility”Solar Analytics is compatible with Catch Power relays used as consumption meters with compatible single phase Goodwe, Sungrow, Fronius, GE and LG inverters.
Requirements
Section titled “Requirements”To use Catch Power relays with Solar Analytics the Catch Power relay must be:
- Used in place of original inverter consumption meters
- Used only with compatible single phase inverters
- Commissioned in such a way that consumption data is sent to Goodwe, Sungrow, Fronius, GE Solar or LG portals
Limitations
Section titled “Limitations”Solar Analytics is not compatible with Catch Solar relays when used with non compatible inverters or other Catch Power products such as diverters.
Some complex applications may not be compatible, such as using multiple Catch Power relays in cloud tethering applications or in three phase applications.
CATCH integrated sites that are registered on the Solar Analytics dashboard have their alerts disabled as solar inverter and panel details are magically configured by our system. Therefore alerts are disabled to avoid sending email alerts to both installers and also homeowners. If you are an installer_admin, you will see the following in your sites list.
