CDR and Solar Analytics - an overview
Solar Analytics are now using CDR in order to provide additional information on your Dashboard. This includes:
- Consumption (energy usage) data if you don’t already have it
- This allows you to maximise the benefits of your rooftop solar, and means you get access to Plan Optimiser, our Battery Calculator, savings and electricity bill tracking and - most importantly - tracking your energy usage so you can self-consume more of the solar you’re producing. - Automatically updated electricity plan information
- Means you can skip manually adding plan details and your Plan Optimiser, Battery Calculator, savings and electricity bill tracking will always be totally accurate. Find out more about adding plan info.
- Controlled load usage and cost calculation
- Now you can view your controlled load usage and accurately calculate costs, savings, plan recommendations etc. Find out more about adding your controlled load here.
What’s CDR?
Consumer Data Right (CDR) is an Australian government initiative that grants consumers the right to easily access their data, enabling them to have more control and make informed decisions when comparing products and services. Initially introduced in the banking sector, CDR has now been extended to the energy sector as well. To learn more about CDR, you can find additional information here.
