Site Registration: Hardware Registration & Install Check Tool

Important Note: Due to changing circumstances, from 1 July 2026, we will no longer support the commissioning of new sites with the Wattwatcher Classic solution. Where WIFi is available, the CATCH Control is our recommended solution. 
Existing sites with Solar Analytics and Wattwatcher branded devices will continue to operate and receive support as usual. Existing sites can continue with their subscriptions and renewals, and all sites will continue to receive Solar Analytics dashboard and support, and warranty for Solar Analytics branded hardware.

This section requires the solar smart monitor to be online with three stable solid lights for more than 5 minutes. Type in the serial number found on the left hand side of the solar smart monitor or on the box itself. All serial numbers are 14 digits long and start with DXXXX XXXX XXXX or with 4G devices, it will begin with DD xxxxx xxxxx xxxxx

When the device starts connecting, our Install Check Tool will display a tick sign for ‘Signal Check’ and expand the screen for users to allocate what each channels are monitoring.
