About LGCs
Section titled “About LGCs”An LGC refers to a megawatt-hour (MWh) of net renewable energy generated and exported over 100kW or more than 250MWh to the electricity grid through a solar PV system.
To be eligible for the LGC certificates, the system has to be capable to produce at least 100kW and meets requirements that are outlined in the Renewable Energy Act 2000. The applicants have to provide the related documentation to the Clean Energy Regulator. Click here to find out more about the creation and registration of the LGC certificates.
A reminder to maintain the subscription of the LGC sites as Solar Analytics only keeps the data for 2 weeks after the subscription has lapsed.
